Confirm the serial plate and the FUEL diagram, not a year band.

NOT THE F70 6CJ AND NOT 80890P: Do not order this SKU for Yamaha F70 6CJ-24410, 80890P F75-115, 6C5-13907 rail pumps, 62Y carburetor pumps, or 18-8864 sterndrive oil pumps. Those neighbor numbers sit on nearby catalog rows and on series-table row 1067. Neighbor combo 26FFK057 is a bundle, not this single pump. Confirm F30 through F60 EFI and the 6C5-24410 stamp before checkout. F70 buyers need a different listing.

NOT A VST AND NOT A 2007 F40 62Y PUMP: This is the low-pressure mechanical pump on the powerhead FUEL diagram, not the vapor-separator assembly and not the electric pump you hear at key-on. 2010 and 2021 F40 EFI diagrams list 6C5-24410-01-00. 2007 F40TLR still lists 62Y-24410-05. If your F40 is a 2007 plate, do not buy this listing. If your 2024 T60 only shows 6C5-13910 on the injection-pump fiche, you need that electric assembly, not this diaphragm pump.

Install

INSTALL CHECK HOSES AND LEAK TEST: Work on a cold engine. Photograph inlet and outlet hoses. Match the stamp on the old pump to 6C5-24410-00-00 or 6C5-24410-01-00. Yamaha f50f service p75 leak-tests the pump at 50 kPa positive and 30 kPa negative. Cover-bolt torque was not on the pages we checked, so use the serial-matched service manual. After install, confirm the primer bulb stays firm and the VST does not run dry. Do not confuse this job with replacing the electric pump inside the VST.
