It is two rubber bellows sold together for AQ-series service: one exhaust bellow without a flapper (876631) and one U-joint / drive bellow (876294). Count two bellows in the carton — no seawater hose, bearing, or oil seals are claimed in this BOM.

It is not exhaust-only (GH 17B1008), not U-joint-only (GH 17B1016), not with-flapper exhaust 876633 (GH 25B1095 / 19B5001), not a complete 875826-style transom / drive-joint kit (internal 18B3001 family — different BOM), not Cobra/SX U-joint 3854127, and not a MerCruiser three-bellow kit.

Signs you need both bellows

• AQ exhaust bellow (876631 / 18-2758 — without flapper) is cracked or collapsing, and the U-joint bellow (876294 / 18-2744) is also due at the same haul-out.

• Water or gear-lube evidence at the drive joint plus exhaust-bellow wear — both positions need replacement, not just one hose.

Install tips for the two bellows

AQ drive bellow service for both positions. Cold engine; support the boat and drive; disconnect battery; follow the Volvo Penta procedure for exhaust bellow and U-joint bellow replacement. The U-joint bellow usually requires removing the sterndrive and using the adhesive / expander method in the manual. Confirm 876631 is without flapper before install — do not substitute a 876633 with-flapper bellow.

1. Confirm EPC / old parts list both 876631 (without flapper) and 876294 — if only one matches, buy the single page instead.
2. Lay out both bellows; identify exhaust vs U-joint by shape / old-part comparison.
3. Replace the U-joint bellow per the drive-removal procedure; seat clamps if supplied.
4. Replace the exhaust bellow per the service manual for that AQ drive.
5. Reassemble; check seating and leaks at both positions before returning the boat to service.
