How to remove and change the OMC King Cobra Stern Drives Water Pump Repair Kit
Removing
- Step 1 : Remove 3 bolts from OMC King Cobra Stern Drive cover assembly ,
- Step 2 : Remove water pump tube from the Housing case
- Step 3 : Remove water pump housing , impeller and wear plate , clean your water pump base .
Installing
- Step 1 : Place the liner into water pump housing ,
- Step 2 : Add grease to cup liner and impeller ,
- Step 3 : Place impeller wear plate and gasket on base
- Step 4 : Place Impeller on the pump shaft and put water pump housing with cup , do not forget to connect water tube .
